| 大鼠 CTR（降钙素受体）与 RAMP1（受体活性修饰蛋白1）共表达时形成 AMY1 型胰淀素受体家族成员之一。CTR 与 RAMP1 形成的复合物对胰淀素（Amylin）和降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）均具有高亲和力，顺利获得偶联 Gs 蛋白激活腺苷酸环化酶，增加细胞内 cAMP 水平，参与代谢调控等生理过程。 | |
